Description

This Excel Quarterly Cash Flow Report tracks or projects your cash position for 3 locations and as a group.  It is simple, yet powerful.  As a result, the Excel quarterly cash flow report allows you to see your cash balance visually against available credit.  It also enables you to monitor your closing balances and cash in vs. out.

Designed with a total of 3 locations in mind.  The benefit of this allows you to record cash flow for up to 3 geographical operations, for example.  Additionally, there is no obligation to use all 3 locations should the operational structure change.

The report uses formulas only, no macro or VBA is present.  As a result, this makes it easy to use and efficient.

Customise

There are several settings to customise on the report, this allows you complete control.

• Select any one location or choose “All” on the Cash Flow Summary sheet.  This allows you to see easily how the group and each location is performing.
• Add any start date, so you may use it for any quarter.
• Set opening bank balances, credit limits, so you can see your cash position now.
• Enter your own debtor and creditor names.  As a result, you can make this unique to your business.
• Enter cash values by location, this allows for better clarity on how each area is performing.
• Allocate a debtor or creditor to a location with their cash values, so you can accurately record each transaction.
